camera not suported ??

hi there

i have two questions,
the first i have some trust webcams , with the s/n222t065c005439 are they supported. And second i want to connect with two computers both with the same login id and password, only one shows up, any idea why??

We haven't tested iCam with any Trust brand cameras personally, but iCamSource  should work with any IP camera that outputs MJPEG or JPEG data over HTTP.

Have you tried using your camera with our free webcam video server software, iCamSource?  If not, it's available here: http://skjm.com/icam/support.php

If you've already tried iCamSource, what is the exact URL are you entering into iCamSource?

Here is the MJPEG URL for the for Trust cameras:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yy/mjpeg.cgi     - MJPEG mode

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is replaced with your camera's IP address and yy is replaced with your camera's port.

Have you tried that URL yet?

Regarding the cameras on two computers, try running only the iCamSource for the camera that doesn't show up.  What error message do you see on the iPhone when you try to connect to it?

how can i find my camera's ip address ?
i connect my webcam via my laptop, macbook pro or my imac.
the computer recognizes the webcam but icam support not, or i did something wrong

How do you view your camera's video on your computer? 

If you use the web browser, the URL in the Location bar should have the camera's IP or hostname in it.  If you use a hostname for your camera, you can enter that into the MJPEG URL in place of the camera IP address.

If you use webcam viewing software to view your webcam, the software should say the IP address of the camera somewhere.  If it isn't on the main screen, then it might be in the program's network settings.
