No options in "Video" drop-down despite phone connected by USB

In iCamSource Pro's "Camera" page, there is nothing to select under "Video", despite my phone being plugged in by USB.
on Mac (OSX 10.10), running iCamSource Pro,
iPhone 5s (iOS 12.4.6) running iCam Pro.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

It sounds like you are wanting to use your phone as a webcam connected to your computer with iCam Pro?
Our iCam Pro application is meant to allow users to view their computer webcam remotely from their mobile device, as a sort of low-cost alternative to a security system. It is not meant to turn a mobile device into the equivalent of a USB webcam to connect to a computer.
