iSpy / E-Mail image size

Hello dear community,
i would like to know, where iSpy can change the size of the picture attachment in an e-mail.
No matter what I try, whether FTP or images change the quality, I'm not sure where I can adjust the size of a Bilderanhanges by e-mail.
By FTP, it is already like to be the best quality, just not by mail, otherwise the mailbox is very quickly full.
I would be very happy to receive an answer.
