Apple Ipad Air2 problem with ios 9

Hi
firstly apologies if posting in wrong place, I'm new as you can probably guess!  Having problems playing back files from iCam.  Files have played fine up to this morning.  This evening I have updated Apple Ipad Air2 to ios9.  Since updating I can log into the camera & see all the files ready for playback.  However, if I click on Live View the video picture comes up but when I click to play nothing happens.  Same issue when trying to play back a stored file.  The file opens and the starting frame shows but when I click to play..... nothing.  Noticed the play button in the video screen has changed from white/grey to black.  Not sure whether that's important?  Can still play the files fine on Windows 10 laptop. 

Any help appreciated.

There is no “Live View” to tap in iCam. Please send a screenshot of what you are seeing to support@skjm.com. Also, please reference this post (http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?action=post;topic=6415.0;last_msg=19450) and your username in your email.
