Private proxy no consumed

Hello,
I have 69MB of private proxy data available for 6 months and they are not consumed.
In 4 ou 3G or wifi (outside France, My country) I can not see, often,  my cameras.
How to be 100% on private proxy?

I apologize for the delay.

Are you referring to iCam or iCam Pro?

What error messages are you seeing on your phone, if any when you are unable to connect? You can force iCam to use private proxy data by going to Settings -> Proxy Options, enabling Proxy Support and selecting “Private Only"
