Seeing Still Images, Not Video?

When viewing my Macbook's camera (With my Android OS phone) I am not seeing live video.  It only shows me a still image.  The image updates every time I close then re open, but video is not working.  What am I doing wrong?

Does the image appear frozen in iCamSource running on your Macbook? The image in iCamSource is determined by the camera.

Also, how many cameras are you running and what are the Brand/Models of each?

I have to check that.  I'm at work right now and the Macbook is at home.

1 camera, built in to the Macbook.  I'll send an e-mail this weekend.
