« on: November 25, 2012, 02:39:07 AM »
Hi, firstly ill start off by saying what a great app this is, and i WISH i thought up the idea LOL $$$

But, i have a webcam in a server room, and id like to connect it to a Windows Server 2008 machine.

However i receive the error

"Error Code 12 - pSG Filter Not Set"

Anyone have any suggestions for this error?

I really need a fix ASAP as this is quite urgent

Thanks Guys!

Unfortunately, we have not tested with Windows Server. Please see the iCamSource system requirements here: http://skjm.com/icam/support.php

Ok. I cannot purchase now

As developers would this not be quite easy to support windows server 2008?

The error you are getting is a DirectShow error. If the OS supports DirectShow, then it's possible that the webcam drivers or the OS need to be updated. Also, make sure the camera isn't plugged into a USB hub or extension cable.
