Three computers one iPhone
« on: November 06, 2009, 06:15:10 AM »
I have the Icamsource running on multiple computers. First two cams worked, then after a while just one worked. Added a third pc (all have USBcameras connected) but i still just see on camera on the iPhone.

If I log into the webinterface i can see all three, but only one on the iPhone.
Two of the pcs are on one lan and the one that works now is on another lan.

Please help :-)

Do you see an error message on your iPhone?  If so, what does the message say exactly?  For more information about iCam error messages and possible fixes, please go here:  http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=174.0

In this case, the most likely reason is firewall software on the PC's or the router configuration of that particular LAN router.  Please quit or disable any firewall software running on the computer (temporarily) to see if iCam starts working.  If it does, we can configure the firewall to work with iCam.  If it doesn't work, the problem is most likely caused by the router configuration and can be resolved with port forwarding. There is more information about configuring port forwarding for iCamSource here:  http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=402.0

Let me know if you have any questions.
