Cant access cameras over 3g/other wifi network

Hi,

Sorry if this has been asked before. I have read the online ' manual' but as I'm not tech savvy I cannot make head nor tales.

I can access all webcams when on same wifi network but if I take my iPhone out and use 3g I can't access them. I can't follow the instructions. I'm running mountain lion on 3 macs and can't find the screens in the screen shots suggested in the manual.

What have I got to do?

Have you tried checking the Auto-Config Router checkbox in the iCamSource before clicking the Start button? If that doesn't work, please let email the status message that appears next to the Auto-Config Router checkbox when you run iCamSource with that option enabled to support@skjm.com. Please reference this forum post and your user name in your email.
