The iCamSource only transmits video when you connect to it with your iPhone. When it is sitting idle without any connections to it it sends 64 bytes to our iCam Broker Server as a kind of "hello, I'm still here" message every 10 seconds or so. This results in about 550 KB sent per day. When the iPhone is connected, it sends the video frames as quickly as the iPhone requests them. If you are connecting via 3G, it will use a lot less bandwidth since iCam can only receive one frame every 2-3 seconds as per Apple's bandwidth restrictions. Over WiFi the framerate can be as high as 10-15 fps.
