About Audio in iphone and android
« on: August 14, 2012, 06:42:58 AM »
In iCamSource for mac ver. 2.5, I see I can activate (or not) Android Audio.

1) If not activated:
I receive audio on my iphone  but NOT on my android tablet.

2) If activated:
I receive audio in both iphone and android.

Why do I have the option to desactivate it? ... when once activated it works for both systems?

thanks

Thank you for your post.

When Android Audio isn't enabled, iCamSource sends AAC formatted audio data. Android doesn't support AAC, so it sends uncompressed audio when the Android Audio option is enabled, but it's lower quality than AAC.
