I am having the same problem using Mac OS X  10.7.4  the icam source icon will show up for a second and then disappear.  I get source to work on my PC but still get error messages on my iPad.  "source connection error"  any suggestions to get either up and running would be appreciated.

How many cameras are you running and what are the Brand/Models of each?

Are both computers running on the same local network?
