To use Scheduling, make sure that Record Motion and Send Notifications are unchecked under the Motion Detection tab. Also, please note that Scheduling will not begin until the next scheduled cycle. It does not start immediately after clicking Start.

The AutoStart in iCamSource simply Starts (instead of you having to click the Start button in the preference window) iCamSource when you Open the program.

Are you trying to Schedule record to turn off everyday at 7:00 AM and come back on weekdays at 9:00 PM?

Thanks for that additional information.

Please make sure that iCamSource remains running on your computer. It needs remain running in order for Scheduling to be able to cycle Record Motion/Send Notifications ON and OFF.
