What app allows iPad2 video-chat link with a PC WebCam

Do any of your Apps support allowing two-way video chats between a computer and iPad2?

Instead of iPad only using FaceTime with another iPad, or a PC webCam only able to connect to another PC WebCam, I'm trying to find the iPad2 App that allows video chats to a PC as well as the iPad or other iDevice, in a secure SSL connection, peer-to-peer, (not using your  servers), with remote control function support, such as Zoom, Pan/Tilt, and other custom user selected functions the camera may have.

Have you anything like this?

It's only for one camera to another, not to view multi-connections.

No, unfortunately none of our Apps support two-way video chat and we are not familiar with any that support your particular needs.
