What is the source of this cam?

Please could you give the source of the cam labled as "newham"
i think its part of the 2012 olympics site

i cant get onto this cam i just go to a server page and cant go any further
i am very new at this and its probably me  :-[
what should i do?

You should be able to click the "Use Viewer for PC" link if you are using Internet Explorer on Windows. If that doesn't work you can try clicking the "Using Viewer for Java" link. If neither of those links work then the camera may just be busy.
