No Sound when watching it on computer

Hello-
I'm in need of some help, in lamen's terms :)

I recently purchased this program on my ipad so that I could watch the live feed of my dog when I am at work, as a neighbor said he's barking. I'm watching and he seems to be sleeping, but I'd like audio confirmation of this.  When I got to work, our wifi network apparently wont let my IPAD connect to my webcam, as I get the Broke Connection error message.... (unless theres something I can do to fix this on my own end without having to mess with the company wifi)

Somehow I am able to watch it on my computer, but I can't seem to get any sound. Can anyone tell me if/how to do this? I'm ok with computer, buts simplified instructions would be great!

Thank you for your post.

If you are receiving the Broker Connection Error on a company network that indicates that the company is blocking UDP traffic.

Also, iCamWeb does not currently support audio.
