Error code 11 - ignore this post I got it to work!

Ignore this post I got it to work!

I am unable to get iCam Source to run.  I get "Error Code 11 - your camera drivers may need to be updated".  Then, if I click "OK" I get, " Error Code 14 - render stream failed.  Rebooting your computer or updating your webcam drivers may resolve the problem"

I have a Logitech QuickcamPro 9000 and all software is up to date.  I'm running Vista Business.  Any ideas?

I tried the procedure "Disable Auto Start Registry File - http://skjm.com/icam/iCamSourceDisableAutoStart.reg" to no avail.

I'm glad you got it to work!

Just in case somebody else with the same problem reads this thread, I'd normally say to reboot the computer first.  If that doesn't help,  then update the webcam drivers.  We've also seen reports of defective USB hubs or ports causing problems.  If your camera is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into the computer.  If it's already plugged directly into the computer, try using a different USB port.

peccary - Did you use one of the methods I just described to fix the problem?  If not, please let me know what you did so I can add it to the list.

Thanks :)
