hi again,i have the same question as Danygood as how to monitor with one computer to another computer with the icamsource.I have one computer upstair and  the other computer with a hp usb webcam connected to it downstair.as i aware the icam app is only available on mobile devices only.Do you have an icam app available for computers?thanks.

We don't have an iCam for computers, but we do offer iCamWeb (http://skjm.com/icam/web/) which allows you to connect to your iCamSources from most modern, Java-enabled web browser.

hi Stefan,i followed the link to the icamweb and login my name and password as i used on my icamsource and typed in the two words as provide in the box and click" connect".On the bottom of the screen it said connecting but i waited for  a long time and still haven't see anything.Did i miss a step or did something wrong?thanks.

iCamWeb does use a Java Applet to connect, so please make sure that the latest version of Java is installed and enabled in your web browser: http://java.com

hi Stefan,one more question regarding icam on mobile device.why is it not connecting to certain wireless network (open type) and.(  I'm getting an error message) and can connected at my work place,is it something to do with their router setting ? By the way I don't have 3G on my iPhone,thanks again.

Some public WiFi networks are more restrictive or complex than most, so that could be why you are unable to connect from some networks.

What error message are you seeing when you are unable to connect: No Sources Found, Broker Connection Error, or Source Connection Error?

iCam's auto connection logic can have trouble connecting if one side of the connection (either iCam or the iCamSource) is overly complex or restrictive. One thing you can try is to make the iCamSource side of the connection simpler, thereby making it easier for iCam to connect.

Have you tried checking the Auto-Config Router checkbox in the iCamSource? If so, what status message appears after you have clicked the Start button? - http://skjm.com/icam/help/troubleshooting.php#icam3

I recently installed a "VOIP"phone system into my network and I notice I can't view my icam with certain open wireless network now except the one at work which I can view all the time.If I click on the "auto config",Im getting this message"Upnp Dual Nat ext_ip 192.168.7.2.When this message shows up I can't even connect with my home network unless i unchecked the box,I was wondering if this has something to do with the VoIP phone system,thanks.

The "Dual NAT" status message indicates that you have two nested routers on you network both creating their own separate internal sub-networks. (This is most likely due to the VoIP system, yes.)

It sounds like your computer's network connection has to "go through" the VoIP system to get to the Internet, so your VoIP system has added another network layer that iCam has to deal with when connecting in from outside of your local network.
