Help Please ! isight with other 1394 dv cam

Hello,
I really hope someone would give some tips about my case,
my unit is mac pro with osx 10.5 with latest icam source, cams are external isight and 1394 canon cam,
icam source seemed to work perfectly with just one cam, whenever i plugged the second firewire device ,
the isight would disapear from the video option automatically,
any solutions for the case ?  thanks in advance !

Are you able to run two other webcam applications (such as Photo Booth and iChat) to use both cameras simultaneously? It may be an issue with the FireWire bus not being able to handle both cameras for some reason.

Hi Grace,
There really ain't no other ways to make multiple external 1394 cams work at the same time,
hopefully soon enough the SKJM crew may figure a way around to enable it.

It'd be nice to have this limitation shown from the app's page,
not just "Any USB, FireWire, or Built-In webcam that is compatible with your computer's operating system should also be compatible with the iCamSource."...
