Cam Freeze

What happens when a cam simply freezes. New York's Times Square (always a slow cam anyway) seems to have been frozen forever. Is this just on my end?

iSpy Cameras only connects to public cameras that are owned and operated by other individuals. We unfortunately have no control over cameras that freeze of go offline.
