iCamSource Quits as soon as you mouse over taskbar windows 10

I had this in windows 7 and recently after about 4 months of windows 10 its happening again.
Launch iCam source, camera not activated. Mouse over to icon in taskbar. Icon disappears.
Checked for log files, none are created.
Rebooted- same thing
Reinstalled-Same thing
Ran the registry edit tool on this forum, no change.
This is a fresh, stock install of windows 10 ( only purpose is to run icam)

I fixed it before by running some command but I cant seem to find it.

Any help would be greeaat!

Please make sure that you are running the latest version of iCamSource available on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icam/support.php

Also, you can download and run (double-click) this file: http://skjm.com/icam/CleaniCamKey.reg

That will erase the current iCamSource settings in your registry. You will need to re-enter all of your settings, but hopefully the problem will be resolved if it’s due to a problem in the registry.

I've been having issues with iCam Pro Source as well.

It will run alright all day long, then we come home, hit the stop button and it crashes.

Also can't move my cameras anymore, swiping doesn't move anything
