Is it possible to connect to a Twain compatible device?

iCam supports Built-In, FireWire or USB Webcams and DV Cameras as well as select MJPEG-compatible Network IP Cameras.

It's an old intel create and share cs430. I have it connected to an XP box.  It started working after a reboot. It looks like it actually has two drivers, one for twain and the other for directx.

iCam does not support TWAIN devices but it sounds like you may have gotten it to work for you.
