We have tested the iCamSource on Lion with our test Logitech webcams and have been unable to replicate the issue. Have you tried unplugging the webcam and then plugging it back in, and rebooting your Mac?

When you connect using iCam and zoom in, the audio plays back for a second and then cuts out, correct? If you wait for 30 seconds or so, does it start up again? If not, if you then double-tap iCam to zoom out, and then single-tap to zoom back in, does the audio playback for a second again? Or not at all? If you close iCam on your phone and reconnect, do you again hear audio for one second? Or do you have to restart the iCamSource to hear audio?

Everytime I restart iCam in iPhone - or just "rezoom" - I hear the sound a short moment.
(I,ve done all the other stuff - no change)

If you use the Built-In Mic as the audio input does that act the same as the Logitech webcam?

It's Mac Mini. No mic.

I've now tryed with a Mac running Lion (not Lion Server) - it works just fine. Must be something fishy with my Mac Mini Lion Server.

The strange thing is that I can broadcast Ustream, AirMic and iChat with sound.

Entries are Mac Built in Mic and Logitech Cam. I use Logitech Cam. Like always.

In iCamSource on your computer, what entries appear in the Audio drop-down list in iCamSource? Which entry are you selecting?

Is the Built-In Mic one of the entries in the Audio drop-down list even though the computer doesn't have a Mic?

Yes. I've also deleted the preferenses - iCamSource still suggest that I have a built in mic in my MacMini.

The iCamSource queries the operating system and asks what Audio and Video inputs are available, so it is the operating system that is reporting that there is a Built-In Mic available for some reason.

If you open your System Preferences on your Mac and choose Sound > Input what is listed?

Line in and the Logitech Cam. No mic listed in System Preferences.

Thanks for that additional information.

We are currently trying to replicate the issue.

Do you hear sound when you check the Android button on the iCamSource?

Android audio is going to be lower-quality than iPhone audio.

If you run version 2.2.3 from the support page (not the latest beta). Are you able to hear audio when the Android checkbox is unchecked?

We do have a new BETA available that should fix that audio issue in Lion: http://skjm.com/icam/iCamSource2.3.3.dmg

Please let us know if that version works for you.

Thanks! :)
