iCam Pro Support / iCam Pro & Android, can't connect

Previously had iCam on iPhone with no issues. Just purchase a month sub for the Pro app and trying to connect, but get "No source found". Have iCamSource installed, my router is configured correctly, I get the "UPNP success" message... what could the issue be??

iCam Pro Support / Can't get ICam on Android to work

Been using ICam on iPhone for several years with no issue. Just went from iPhone to Samsung S7. Purchased the Android version of iCam but it simply won't connect. (Not only that but after initally configuring the app, I can't get to the configuration page; when launched, the app goes straight to the '4 black screens' view and prodding the screen or pressing Back doesn't to a config page. Very disappointed, will be requesting a refund.

Network / IP Camera Compatibility / iCam & Storage Options EyeCam

Hi all,

To supplement my computer's webcam I just purchased the following IP cam from Storage Options:

I've tried the following settings but there's no image:



I checked the help page for forming a correct URL, but unfortunately neither Storage Option or EyeCam are in the drop down:

Any help appreciated! Also would like to know if this camera is compatible with the IPcam iPhone app:

iCam Support / Why sudden "Error Code 14 - Render Stream Failed"?

Hi all,

Have my cam running while on holiday. Worked fine for about 10 days, but then the camera did not seem to be detected motion. Using LogMeIn, I logged back into my home computer in order to turn iCamSource off, then on. However, I then got the above error. Was wondering why I would get this if already operating successfully??
