iCam Pro Support / Requesting Service

My device was connected and functional for remote monitoring.
after a few hours it changed status from "online" to "requesting service". I checked my internet connected devices remote app and see it is still connected but I cannot get it to go "online" for viewing.
Any help or suggestions please? (I am not at location of device now, I was when I set it up)
