Requesting Service

My device was connected and functional for remote monitoring.
after a few hours it changed status from "online" to "requesting service". I checked my internet connected devices remote app and see it is still connected but I cannot get it to go "online" for viewing.

Any help or suggestions please? (I am not at location of device now, I was when I set it up)

Unfortunately we are the developers of the "iCam Pro” app (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/icam-pro-webcam-streaming/id837194033) and not the “pro icam" app. I would suggest contacting that app’s developer for help.
