Error message
« on: June 08, 2010, 04:43:48 PM »
I'm running windows XP and 2 iCamSource with 2 USB cameras. They work great but every once in a while I get an error message (if you can call it that) and all it says is: "c:/program files/icamsource". I can click OK and icam will keep on working until it pops up again. It only freezes one camera.

I've searched the forum but could not find anything.

That's an odd one.  ???

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message window? Do you have any idea how often it happens?

Sorry it took me so long to notice you answered this one.

Here's an image of the error. It seems to happen with the Logitech camera. Maybe a driver issue?

Wow ... That is a pretty non-specific error message. ;)

If it is happening with one of your iCamSources then yes, it may be a driver issue. I would make sure that your webcam drivers and software are up-to-date.
