Error code 14-Render Stream failed

I have installed the camera, the Icam, and the Icamsource and when I try to start the Icamsource to view the room where I have the camera I get the Error Code 14 Render Stream Failed... what does this mean and how do I fix it? I can see the room with the camera but not on Icamsource screen.
Please help!

I changed USB ports and the Icam source showed running but still no picture on the ICAM source screen.. just black and Iphone says no  connection. The camera icon at the start at bottom of screen is circled and with a line thru it and it says disconnected but it is connected.I am going to un install everything and start over tomorrow... tired of this tonight. will report to you on how this works.

Error Code 14 - Render Stream Failed

This error means that the iCamSource is having problems communicating with your webcam.

First make sure that there are no other applications attempting to use the webcam at the same time as the iCamSource. Make sure that your webcam is plugged directly into your computer, and not into a USB hub. If it is already plugged directly into your computer, try plugging it in to a different USB port.

Next, try rebooting your computer. If you are still having issues, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your webcam.

If none of those things help, you can try installing these two operating system prerequestites required by the iCamSource:

Hi, it is still showing the same error code 14 although I have already done everything what you mentioned above.

Please help! I don't know what else I can do...

Are you able to access your webcam via any other video capture software? What is the Brand/Model of your camera?
