iCam Web stalls streaming

Hi all -

I am using iCam Web and the stream stalls and I have to click on the "sharing" link and retype the two words that prove I am not a computer to get it to stream again... it runs just 20 seconds or so before it stalls again, every time..

any ideas?

Does it stream for more than 20 seconds to your iPhone or iPod touch running iCam?

Yes -

to the iPhone, it seems to go indefinitely.

Are you attempting to connect from the same local network, or an external one?

If you try connecting via iCamWeb from the same computer that is running the iCamSource do you maintain a connection? Have you updated to the latest version of Java from http://java.com/ and possibly tried it in another web browser?

I have the same problem. i updated java and switched browsers. it runs about 5 sec and then just freezes! Im at a loss!

Are you attempting to connect to an iCamSource on the same local WiFi network, perhaps running on the same computer? Or is this from a different network altogether? Do you have any issues with iCam staying connected for more than 5 seconds on your iPhone or iPod touch?

Im on a completely different network. Its at home and im at the office. it connects fine on my phone.

When you are connecting from your iPhone, are you connected via WiFi to the same local network as the computer running iCamWeb? Have you tried it from another computer on the same network? (I am wondering if there is possibly something either on the iCamWeb network or computer that may be blocking the connection shortly after it is made.)

Are you able to connect to (and stay connected to for more than 5 seconds) the following iCamSource using this iCamWeb share link? - http://skjm.com/icam/web/?h=7d700a5bdd4610a8e8ece12b641e908b2b857c4a48d1ee50477e5a0f7246e16f4aa3e8d42ecacd90

If not, then it may be an issue with your iCamWeb computer or network.
