how do you turn on/off the application.  as soon as i downloaded on my mac(tiger) it works great, but how do i turn it off.  any problems turning it back on once it's off.  i can't open the file on my desktop even though it's working.

Please check to make sure the iCamSource window isn't hidden.  If it is, there will be a small iCamSource icon in the Menubar.  The icon is a small version of the iCam icon (camera lens).  From this icon, you can stop, start, or quit iCamSource.  If you select "Preferences" it will display the iCamSource window.

Do you see the iCamSource icon in the menubar or system tray?

Program worked great!  I stopped camera after testing it and closed the window.  I can't find the icon to quit/open the app.  When I try and close the iCamSource disk I get a message to close the app first...catch 22.  Where do I find the icon on my mac?

Found it! It was on the top bar...
