My cam will not connect unless I uncheck the audio was working before I updated the software. Is there a fix for this.?

Which software did you update? The mobile app, the desktop app, or something on your system?

i updated my desktop from the old 1.1 to the new 1.3.1.1 now when i try and use ipcampro on my iphone it says connection closed when audio is on buy when audio is off it works buy no sound because audio is off.. how do i get the audio to work again
