VLC can be configured to stream MJPEG over HTTP, using any input source.
Can iCamSource pick up these new sources?

iCamSource should work with anything that outputs standard MJPEG formatted data over HTTP. Have you tried it yet? If you got an error message, what did the error message say exactly?
