How to enable port forwarding fields in iCamSource 10.8.4 on Mac (El Capitain)?

Hi!

In earlier versions of iCamsource it was possible to add two fields to define the port forwarding range via the terminal with this command:

defaults write com.skjm.icamsource PortRangeSet -bool true
If I try that with 2.8.4 on El Capitain there are no fields added to define the port range. 

How can I enable the two fields to define the port range?

I'm also looking for a solution to this!! I used the command and nothing changed with El Capitan..
