can not connect with 3G/4G

Dear sir

I had purchased the Icampro ,icampro service(lifetime),& icamsource pro

in wifi condition is work


but In the 3G/4G network cannot work

config as below

Iphone 5S with 3G conection install icamsource pro , when start it show "connected to server"

Iphone 6 with 4G connection install icam pro & icampro service(lifetime)
when start it show this message
Source connection error
one or more of the icamsources returned by the icam broker server could not be connected to.

Please help!

If you’re seeing the Source Connection Error, have you tried checking the Auto-Config Router checkbox in the iCamSource Pro before clicking the Start button? If it still doesn’t work with that option enabled, please let me know what status message appears next to the Auto-Config Router checkbox in iCamSource Pro.
