Pan/tilt not working since switching to iCam Pro on iPad

I have a Logitec Orbit camera that I could operate the pan/tilt by swiping across or up/down on my iPad mini with iCam and since I upgraded iCam Pro, it no longer works.  I uninstalled iCam when I purchased Pro and it hasn't worked since.

I only found one post and the user said he was running both and uninstalled iCam and then Pro would pan...I don't have iCam on my iPad anymore.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Are you running iCamSource Pro on a Mac or PC? Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version available on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php

I am on a PC with Windows 8.1. I have ver 1.0.2 installed and have downloaded 1.1.  The installation ends prematurely for some reason.  I am going to reboot and try again with a fresh system.

I am having trouble scrolling on my iPad Mini though, not on my PC...
