login and password problem

hi ,i have a problem with the identification of icam pro
icamsourcepro 1.0.2 on windows seven is ok , correctly configured and connected to server
router is ok (upnp success)
icam pro on iphone 5S (ios 8) is ok too
i have the good login and the good password on the apps but i have always the message "no sources found" ??????
my Icam app and icamsource 2.7 works perfectly but no the pro !
help me please !
ps: i'm french !

Maybe your firewall is blocking it.

Please send screenshot of the iCamSource Pro running on your computer to support@skjm.com so we can verify the settings.
Also, please reference this forum post and your user name in your email.

i have just create an other camera on icamsourcepro and she's running
Maybe a problem with my webcam ,she's configured automatically on usb/firewire/built-in and she has an error message when i try it with icamsourcepro (after stopping) !
