icamweb not showing all cameras

I have 2 icamsources installed on a macbook and an ipad. I use my iphone 5 to view the cameras. Both cameras work fine on my iphone 5, inside and outside network (different wifi and LTE).

But when I go to icamweb on a PC, the website shows "Num Sources: 2" but there's only one screen shown. There's no button or anything to switch to the other screen.

Since iphone app does show both cameras, I don't think the problem is the icamsource app on the macbook and the ipad. Can you please help? Thanks.

Are the Macbook and the iPad on the same local network, or are they on different networks?

Also, does any error message ever appear in iCamWeb if you let it connect for about a minute or so?
