Not receiving Push notifications

Latest icam windows (7 pro) install. I have the send notifications checked.

Iphone 5s ios7- all notifications from ICAM turned on
Iphone 4s ios7 - all notifications from ICAM turned on

I went throught the phone application and turned them on also.  Still not getting them.

Please send a screenshot of the iCamSource>Motion Detection tab to support@skjm.com, so we can verify the settings.

Also, if you could go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the computer running the iCamSource and let us know what it says your external IP address is then I can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs and hopefully troubleshoot the problem.

Was this ever resolved?
I’m having the same issue since updating to iOS 12.4.
All of my notifications and push alerts work fine except for icam.
I have tested icam on an older device to make sure all of my settings are correct and it works fine.

Years ago there was an issue with jailbroken or unlocked phones and a fix called pushfix was released to solve the problem.
Could this still be an issue? The older phone I tested with which worked was jailbroken and did not require pushfix.
