Are you on a Mac or Windows computer? What web browser are you currently using?

It appears that the latest Mac Firefox (23.0.1) with the latest Java (7 Update 40) doesn't seem to load the applet correctly.

Have you tried iCamWeb in Explorer?

Yes  I also tried it in Internet Explorer.

I uninstalled Java and reinstalled it which fixed the problem!

Do you trust or allow the Java Applet when the pop-up message appears?

Please send a screenshot of the iCamWeb page after you've 'allowed' the Java applet and let it connect for about 10 seconds, to support@skjm.com.

Also, go to http://javatester.org/version.html and let us know what it says (or also send a screenshot).

In your email, please reference this forum post and your user name.

So I did some digging and I fixed the problem again, hopefully this will be the last time I have to do this. Here is what I did:
1. While you are on the iCamWeb webpage, click on Tools in the menu bar and select Page Info
2. Click on the Permissions Icon and scroll down to Activate Plugins
3. Select Allow for the two Java plugins

Done!

Are you using a Mac or Windows computer?  What browsers have you tried so far?
