Cannot get icam source to recognize iPad (ipcam)

I cannot add the iPad  (using ipCam) to iCamSource. I enter the full mjpeg url (h**p://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/video.mjpg) using the ip adress on the ipad running ipcam and it still comes up "your network ip camera can not be connected to. Please…" UPnP is enabled on my router and I can view it on safari using  h**p://***.***.1.104/video.html.
