iCamSource 2.7 - Can't install - Could not run DLL

I tried to install the new iCamSource 2.7 for Windows

After downloading, I receive a pop-up windows that says the following:

"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.
Contact your support personnel or package vendor"

I'm running Windows 7 - 64 bit

Any suggestions?

Please make sure that Windows is fully updated through Windows Update and that you have the latest drivers installed for your webcam.

Also, make sure you are running the installer for Windows 7, Vista, and XP.  There are two download links on the support page, one for Windows 8 and the other for the rest of the versions. - http://skjm.com/icam/support.php
