EASYN wireless camera - unable to tilt / pan

Successfully using iCam to monitor a EASYN camera using the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xx/video.cgi URL but cannot pan or tilt.  Any ideas?

Changed from MPEG to JPEG and it now works
