icam source only worked 5 min - now Error Code 14 / won't open

This worked great for 5 minutes after install.  When I tried to add 2nd usb cam, it suddenly shut down on my Win 7 x64 machine.  Now each time I restart it, I get:

"Error Code 14 - RenderStream failed

Rebooting your computer or updating your webcam drivers may resolve the problem."

Problem is, it worked fine until I tried to recognize the 2nd cam.  I have the latest .NET updates, have reinstalled the program twice, rebooted.  This is the 2nd webcam to ipad software I've PURCHASED today that hasn't worked properly...it shouldn't be this difficult and I don't have hours to spend on this stuff.

Well, scratch that first issue.  I reinstalled to a different directory.  Got it up and running with my Logitech 910 HD.  Perfect.  Then tried to get my Uniden UDW10003 to connect as my second source on the same PC (NOT using a usb hub for either cam).  The video for the Uniden showed up for a few seconds in icamsource, then icamsource crashed for good.  Not even an error code now.  It just shows up in my toolbar tray for 2 seconds then disappears when I try to start it.

You iCamSource settings may have gotten into a bad state. Have you tried cleaning the iCamSource registry settings by downloading and running the following reg file? - http://skjm.com/icam/CleaniCamKey.reg
