downloaded icam for my computer not working

Hi i have all in one hp 27 inch computer, downloaded icam all in one, but its not connecting to my buildin camera. Nothint in the preview window. I followed everthing you suggested on the support page however its not working....any suggestions?

Is anything else using the webcam (such as Skype)? If not, can you view video in other apps (such as Skype)?
