Blank screen on preview video

I bought a foscam Foscam Pan & Tilt Wireless IP Camera with 9bdi antennas 2 pack FI8918W and I can't make it work on iCam on my desktop nor my iphone. I follow every single steps that list on this site http://skjm.com/icam/help/#overview, but no luck.

I assume, i should use Ethernet / Wi-Fi  since this is not built-in camara. Then, put in my choise of iCam Login and Password. But, after i click on "Start" no video shows on the webcam's preview video in the iCamSource Preferences window.

I type in the http://192.../video.cgi or http://192..../snapshot.cgi  and with auto config router or without it still not working. Anyone have the same camera with icam?

Please help!

Are you able to connect to your camera(s) via your web browser? What is the Brand/Model of each camera you are attempting to connect?

they are foscam FI8918 W since I posted I have 1 working perfectly both in a browser and icam. the problem is how to set up the other one as they both have the same URL. the internal urls are different , 10.0.0.3 and 10.0.0.9 , but those aren't acceptable for viewing remotely, any help? amazon is selling two packs so this must have come up. I know I'm missing something simple like assigning ips or ports?

If you are running the iCamSource application on a Mac or Windows PC that is on the same internal local network as the two Foscam cameras then you should just use the URLs with the internal IP addresses.

http://10.0.0.9/video.cgi and http://10.0.0.3/video.cgi should be the ones to use if those are the internal IP addresses of the two cameras. iCam on your phone connects to the iCamSource application, not the cameras themselves. iCam and the iCamSource contain auto-connection logic that allows most users to not have to worry about forwarding ports in their router.
