No Sources Found on iCamWeb

When running icam from my iPhone, video and sound comes in just fine.  When I try to use iCamWeb on a computer or laptop, it gives me the message

"There are currently no running iCamSources
associated with your existing login and password."

At the same time, I can be streaming the video via iPhone.
I know I am using the right login and password, along with correct CAPS.  what else could be the issue?   ???

The possible reasons for that error are if the login/password don't match exactly, or if the iCamSource isn't running at that moment.  If you are able to connect successfully from your iPhone at the same time you are getting that error from iCamWeb, then the iCamSource is definitely running.

One thing you can try is to use a very simple login and password temporarily.  The simplest would just be a number, which would also avoid the issue of the caps lock.  If you still aren't able to login with iCamWeb, please get the external IP address for the computer running iCamSource (http://whatismyip.com) and email it to support@skjm.com.  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
