Issue connecting to iCam with opening ports

Hello there,

I am using a Belkin Router (F5D8633-4 v1) where the maximum amount of ports that you can forward is only 20. I am already using 18 slots for other programs. I have forwarded ports 12000 and 12001 over UDP to the PC which the webcam is set up on but I still cannot connect to it over 3G. I have not attempted to connect locally on my WiFi Network as I am currently in work.

I have confirmed that ports 12000 an 12001 are open for UDP connections.

What are the minimum amount of ports that have to be forwarded to allow iCam to work ? I am receiving an error of "One or more of the iCamSources returned by the iCam Broker Server could not be connected to.", when I attempt to connect to my iCam account via my Android phone over 3G.

Please send me a screenshot of your router's port forwarding configuration to support@skjm.com so we can verify the settings.

Also, if you could go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ from the computer running the iCamSource and send your external IP address to us so we can attempt to look it up in the Broker Server logs and hopefully troubleshoot the problem.

The minimum amount of ports we recommend forwarding for iCam is 6 (12000 - 12005)
