error message when installing program

An error occured while installing system components for icam source. Setup can not continue untill all system components have been succesfully installed







Component Visual C++ Runtime Libraries (x86) has failed to install with the following error message:
"Fatal error during installation. "

The following components failed to install:
- Visual C++ Runtime Libraries (x86)

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\Darrin\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD21F8.tmp\install.log' for more information.

Thanks for your post, and I'm sorry you're having problems.

The iCamSource installer is trying to install the libraries automatically.  Since it won't install automatically, you can try installing it manually.

Please download and run this file (Visual C++ Redistributable Package): http://skjm.com/icam/vcredist_x86.exe

If there are errors when you run it, please send me a screenshot of the error.  If there aren't any errors, try running the iCam installer again.

I downloaded the progam from the link and clicked on it to install. when i did it only goes so far than tells me I have an error 1935

Have you rebooted the computer since this problem started?

It looks like it can be caused by anti-virus software. Please temporarily disable all anti-virus software on your computer, then try installing the vcredist file again.
