Issues with viewing up to 4 cameras @ different wifi connections

Camera 1 - Home Office
Camera 2 - Rosedale
Camera 3 - Brooklyn Park
Camera 4 - Maplewood

When im at Maplewood on my ipad WIFI i can only see the Maplewood location
When im at Maplewood on my HTC EVO 3G i can see all 4 cameras

When im at Home on my Ipad Wifi i can see 1. Home office, 2. Rosedale, 4. Maplewood
When im at my Parents house on my Ipad Wifi i can see all 4 cameras.

why is it different for all these locations. i can only see my Brooklyn park location when im on 3g or at my parents house on wifi. WEIRD!

This behavior is due to the firewall/NAT piercing techniques used by iCam.  Most routers don't use a complicated form of port translation, but a few models do.  iCam can usually handle it if one of the routers (iPad or computer) uses a complex form of port translation, but if they both have complex port translation, then iCam isn't able to connect.  That's why the iCam connectivity is different depending on which network your iPad is connected to.

You can bypass the port translation problems by using port forwarding in the router connected to the computer running iCamSource.  The easiest way to do that is to enable the Auto-Config Router option in iCamSource.  That option uses UPnP to try to automatically configure port forwarding on the router.  If the Auto-Config Router option doesn't work, the next step is to try manually configuring port forwarding on the router.  There's more information about using port forwarding with iCamSource here: http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=402.0
