That Dual NAT error message indicates that there are two routers on your local network.  It's possible that your router is connected to a modem that has an integrated router.  iCamSource is able to auto-configure the router that it's connected to, but the other router is still blocking the traffic.  The solution is to put one of the devices into Bridge Mode (turn off the routing functionality).

If you have a second router, what is the Brand/Model of that router?  What is the Brand/Model of your DSL/cable modem?

Follow these directions for disabling the router feature on the modem. After following these directions, all computers/phones/IP cameras/etc will need to connect to the network through the Netgear router.

I will try and see if I know how to configure the Netgear router to allow wireless internet access...I tried bridging the M1000 and while it did bridge, I lost my wireless internet connection and had to have qwest tech support get it back.

Thanks but I think this is a bit too complicated for me.

1) Put the modem in bridging mode per previous post. Then unplug the modem and router and power down your computer.
2) Start on page 3-4 of the document linked at the end of this post. Hook your modem up to the router and your computer up to the router. You might need to call Qwest if it doesn't automatically connect to the Internet after you get to page 3-8...I think DSL often is a PPPoE connection type, which requires a username and password I believe. You should actually be able to find these settings in the M1000 before you put it into bridging mode. You might need to clone the MAC address of your computer per part D on page 3-10.
3) Once you are finished with page 3-8, go to page 4-1 and follow the directions to set up a wireless network. I recommend using WPA-PSK and selecting a passphrase that does not include non-alphanumeric characters. Once you select a name for your network and set a passphrase, you will need to select that network and enter the passphrase on any computer/phone/etc that will be connecting wirelessly to the router.
4) Enable DHCP (page 7-10).
5) Enable uPNP (page 7-17).
6) Save/apply all settings in the router.
7) Set up your wireless devices (computers/phones/etc) to access the network. iCam should now be able to view cameras on this network (assuming icamsource has autoconfiguration enabled...and you get a uPNP success message in icamsource).
